The Day of Trumpet Blasts

“In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you will have a holy convocation; you will do no regular work. It will be for you a day of trumpet blasts. You will present a burnt offering as a pleasing aroma to the LORD: one young bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old without defect. Their grain offering will be fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah for the bull, two-tenths for the ram, and one-tenth for each of the seven lambs; also one male goat as a sin offering to make atonement for you, besides the new moon burnt offering and its grain offering, and the regular burnt offering and its grain offering, with their drink offerings according to their ordinance, as a pleasing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD.

The Day of Atonement

“On the tenth day of this seventh month you will have a holy convocation, and you will humble yourselves; you will do no work. You will present a burnt offering to the LORD, a pleasing aroma: one young bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old; they will be without defect. Their grain offering will be fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths for the bull, two-tenths for the one ram, and one-tenth for each of the seven lambs; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the sin offering of atonement and the regular burnt offering and its grain offering, with their drink offerings.

The Festival of Booths: First Day

“On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you will have a holy convocation; you will do no regular work, and you will celebrate a festival to the LORD seven days. You will present a burnt offering, an offering by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD: thirteen young bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old; they will be without defect. Their grain offering will be fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths for each of the thirteen bulls, two-tenths for each of the two rams, and one-tenth for each of the fourteen lambs; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

Second Day

“On the second day: twelve young bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and their drink offerings.

Third Day

“On the third day: eleven bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

Fourth Day

“On the fourth day: ten bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

Fifth Day

“On the fifth day: nine bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

Sixth Day

“On the sixth day: eight bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offerings.

Seventh Day

“On the seventh day: seven bulls, two rams, and fourteen male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bulls, rams, and lambs according to their number, according to their ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

The Eighth Day

“On the eighth day you will have a solemn assembly; you will do no regular work. You will present a burnt offering, an offering by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD: one bull, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old without defect, with their grain offering and their drink offerings for the bull, the ram, and the lambs according to their number, according to the ordinance; also one male goat as a sin offering, besides the regular burnt offering, its grain offering, and its drink offering.

These Offerings Are in Addition to Vows and Freewill Offerings

“These you will offer to the LORD at your appointed festivals, besides your vow offerings and freewill offerings, whether your burnt offerings, grain offerings, drink offerings, or sacrifices of well-being.” Moses spoke to the Israelites according to all that the LORD commanded Moses.
