Restoring a brother or sister

15“If your brother or sister sins against you, go and point out the wrong privately, just between the two of you. If they listen, you have gained your brother or sister. 16But if they do not listen, take one or two others with you, so that every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses. 17If they refuse to listen to them, tell the church. If they refuse to listen even to the church, let that person be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. 18Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will be released in heaven. 19Again, truly I tell you, if two of you on earth agree about any matter they ask for, my Father in heaven will do it for them. 20For where two or three gather in my name, I am there among them.”
