Michael Will Arise
“At that time Michael will arise, the great prince who stands over the children of your people. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened since there was a nation until that time. But at that time your people will escape, everyone who is found written in the book.
Many Who Sleep in the Dust Will Awake
“Many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, these to everlasting life and these to reproach and everlasting contempt. Those who have insight will shine like the brightness of the expanse, and those who make the many righteous like the stars forever and ever.
Seal the Book until the Time of the End
“But you, Daniel, shut up the words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”
How Long until the End?
Then I, Daniel, looked, and behold, two others were standing, one on this bank of the river and one on the other bank of the river. One said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long until the end of these wonders?” I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, and he raised his right hand and his left hand toward the heavens and swore by the one who lives forever that it would be for a time, times, and half a time. And when the shattering of the power of the holy people is completed, all these things will be completed.
The Words Are Sealed until the Time of the End
I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?” He said, “Go, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end. Many will purify themselves, make themselves white, and be refined, but the wicked will act wickedly. None of the wicked will understand, but those with insight will understand.
The 1,290 and 1,335 Days
“From the time the continual offering is removed and the detestable thing that makes desolate is set up, there will be one thousand two hundred ninety days. Happy is the one who waits and reaches one thousand three hundred thirty-five days.
You Will Stand for Your Lot at the End
“But you, go your way until the end. You will rest, and you will stand for your lot at the end of the days.”
