Leadership Conversations
Leadership Conversations is a growing collection of short, focused conversations designed to help church boards, sessions, and ministry teams move forward with greater clarity, honesty, and purpose. Each one is built around a small set of thoughtful questions and designed to fit into about twenty minutes. The goal is not rushed agreement, but the kind of conversation that helps leaders examine assumptions, deepen trust, and take faithful next steps.
This page is the hub for those conversations. Topics will range from vision, mission, and organizational health to trust, change, conflict, culture, and discipleship. The first post begins with a foundational question: if mission and vision belong in the front seat, how should that reshape the way a board uses its time?
