Framework · Seasons of Shalom
A rhythm for noticing what a community needs now.
Seasons of Shalom names six recurring practices that help communities attend to reality, deepen trust, honor loss, imagine faithfully, organize wisely, and live into what is emerging. They are not stages to complete; communities may inhabit more than one season at once.
Noticing
Learning to see what is actually happening.
Trusting
Building relational capacity for shared life.
Grieving
Honoring loss without rushing past it.
Imagining
Opening space for faithful possibility.
Organizing
Giving emerging possibility practical form.
Living
Practicing the life we have discerned together.
